• Basic profile data: synced from PocketFi Wallet to allow contact between property owners and customers.

• Identify users within the Rental platform.

• Enable property interactions such as reservations, confirmations, and payments.

• Generate agreements (PDFs) for transactional purposes.

• Provide a secure environment for decentralized operations.

• Improve the service, user experience, and platform reliability.

We do not use your personal information for marketing or share it with third parties unless required by law or as described in this policy.

We take your privacy and security seriously. Our platform utilizes the highest standards of security to protect your data and transactions. All smart contracts are thoroughly verified on Etherscan to ensure transparency and safety.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Account Deletion and Data Retention

PocketFi Rental does not create or manage standalone user accounts. All access to the Service is handled directly through PocketFi Wallet, which acts as the primary and only identity provider.

If you uninstall or delete the PocketFi Rental app:

• Your identity and access remain intact through PocketFi Wallet.

• No user data is lost, as PocketFi Rental does not store personal information locally.

• You may reinstall the app at any time and continue using all features normally.

If you delete or request deletion of your PocketFi Wallet account:

• Your access to PocketFi Rental is automatically disabled, as both services share the same authentication system.

• All personal data managed by PocketFi Wallet will be handled according to its own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• However, on-chain transactions, smart contract interactions, and agreements already signed remain publicly accessible on the blockchain, which by design cannot be altered or removed.

Operational records within Rental (such as chat logs, property history, agreements, status logs, etc.) may remain available for audit, support, or dispute-resolution purposes.

This information does not include personal identifiers beyond wallet addresses.

Risks

PocketFi Rental interacts with decentralized blockchain networks.

While we ensure a secure and reliable environment, users must understand:

• Transactions cannot be reversed.

• Gas fees must be paid by the user.

• Smart contracts operate autonomously once deployed.

• Cryptocurrency volatility may affect prices, deposits, and fees.

Users should conduct their own research and understand blockchain-related risks.

Agreements & Transaction Policies

Every operation (reservation, acquisition, rental) generates an agreement outlining:

• Rights and responsibilities of the parties.

• Conditions for refunds, deposits, and contract termination.

• Expected behavior for completing transactions.

While these agreements may not constitute formal legal contracts in every jurisdiction, users agree to follow the established rules to ensure transparency and fairness.
